Admission Process

Our admission process is designed to provide a variety of touchpoints that allow you to learn more about MAP, and allow us to get to know you and your family.

We can’t wait to meet you—to show you our Grand Center campus, and to introduce you to our community! First impressions are important, and we recommend that you and your family tour together. Many aspects of our program are unique to us, and you’ll have much to discuss following the tour.

While on campus, we encourage you to spend some time observing activities, lessons, and both peer-to-peer and peer-to-guide relationships in an environment prepared specifically for teens.

MAP St. Louis uses the SSAT Online Application to help you easily navigate the application process. To apply, simply create a profile (or log in with your existing credentials), and use the portal to submit all accompanying documents. It is beneficial, but not required, to submit your application prior to the student visit so that we have the most information for our time together.

Schedule a Student Visit

We know that to feel fully confident in selecting the right-fit school, it is important to spend time immersed in the program and community. For this reason, all students applying to MAP for 2023-24 academic year admission are requested to schedule for a Student Visit aligned with the grade level for which they are applying.

Students applying for grades 7-8 should sign up for a Middle School Visit.

Students applying for grades 9-12 should sign up for a High School Visit.

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE DIPLOMA PROGRAMME APPLICANTS

Students applying to enter at 11th grade with the intention of pursing the IB diploma should demonstrate strong academic ability and engagement through their application, and will have an additional meeting with the Head of School to discuss requirements of the IBDP to ensure strong programmatic fit.
