Transformative Learning Experiences

  • Hands-On Education: Students take ownership of projects, from launching a skilled trade school to obtaining real estate licenses and building conservation herpetarium.
  • Learning Beyond the Classroom: MAP students leave campus twice weekly for internships, fieldwork, and real-world projects, ensuring education is practical and meaningful.
  • The Arts at MAP: Students and professional artists showcase work at The Gallery at 3840, connecting learning to the vibrant Grand Center Arts District.
  • Urban Agriculture: Students care for chickens and quail, running a small egg business, and partner with Phi Global Farms for gardening projects and sustainability initiatives.

Community-Focused Partnerships

  • Collaborations with the Contemporary Art Museum and Grand Center Inc. connect students with art, community service, and real-world impact.
  • Students intern with research professors at Harris Stowe University, take college classes in high school, and participate in neighborhood clean-up days, embodying a commitment to civic engagement.

Accessible and Inclusive
